The 7th edition of Dynamics VIP Day took place in Lisbon on 16th April 2026, bringing together IT.integro and our key customers for a day filled with inspiring conversations, fresh ideas, and real business value. We met at the Pousada Lisboa, a restored historic building right on the iconic Praça do Comércio, where the welcome drink on the first evening set the tone for two days of open, partner-to-partner discussions.

The agenda was built around four strategic pillars: AI, Cloud, Performance, and Functionality. We shared IT.integro’s perspective on Microsoft’s product direction and the “AI-first business solution” approach, explored what’s new in Dynamics 365 Business Central, and took a deep dive into AI for ERP, from foundations and capabilities to building AI agents with governance, security, and responsible adoption in mind. Our guest from Microsoft shared lessons learned from the largest Business Central implementations worldwide. The sessions also included hands-on perspectives: migration journeys from Dynamics NAV and on-premises to Business Central Online, keeping the system fast and reliable through telemetry and performance monitoring, end-to-end analytics with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, regulatory-driven updates covering CBAM, ESG, and EPR, extended production capabilities, and practical ways to optimize licensing costs. We closed the day with an honest Q&A: from hype to hard questions about Copilot, AI agents, MCP, and Business Central Online.

In the evening, we experienced Lisbon in a truly memorable way during a panoramic coach tour of the city, followed by an exclusive dinner in the exceptional setting of the Vandelli Botanical Garden. We enjoyed local flavors and meaningful networking late into the night, an atmosphere that made it easy to connect, exchange experiences, and continue the discussions beyond the sessions.

Dynamics VIP Day has always been more than a conference for us. It is a moment to stop, look ahead together, and strengthen the partnerships we have been building for years.
